ACTRESS, LUCY HALE, REVEALS STRUGGLES WITH EATING DISORDER

Young starlets such as Demi Lovato, Britney Spears, and Lady Gaga have all revealed that they once struggled with various kinds of eating disorders. Eating disorders have become an unfortunate, yet common occurrence in Hollywood.

In the September issue of ‘Cosmopolitan’ magazine, ‘Pretty Little Liars’ star Lucy Hale revealed, for the first time, that she struggled with an eating disorder at the start of her career in Hollywood. When describing her disorder Hale said she would “go days without eating,” she added, “I’d have some fruit and then go to the gym for three hours. I knew I had a problem … It was a gradual process but I changed myself.”
