AmandaAmanda Bynes can look forward to 2014 with a clean slate, provided she can stay out of trouble for six months. The troubled star had her ‘bong tossing’ case dismissed, so long as she stays out of trouble, and attends counseling twice a week for six months.

Bynes was charged last spring with reckless endangerment and marijuana possession after building managers called police because they said she was smoking pot in the lobby of her Manhattan apartment. As police officers entered her 36th floor apartment they said they saw her throw a bong out of the window.
