ANNIE LENNOX MARRIES FOR THE THIRD TIME

Hopefully it will be a case of third time lucky for Annie Lennox, who tied the knot with Dr. Mitch Besser last Saturday in London. It was “a private ceremony with friends and family present” held on a boat on the River Thames, with guests including Oscar winner Colin Firth and comic Ruby Wax.

Annie Lennox has sold more than 80 million albums worldwide with the Eurythmics and as a solo star, winning a host of awards including Grammys, Brits, Ivor Novellos and an Oscar.

Her first marriage was a short-lived union with German Hare Krishna devotee Radha Ramen. She then married Israeli film and record producer Uri Frutmann with whom she has two children. They divorced in 2000.
